In 2025, creative cooking made its debut at the show with the launch of the ID-FOOD area. In partnership with 750g and the Académie du goût, this unique venue celebrated gourmet delights as a new form of savoir-faire, awakening the taste buds as much as the imagination of visitors.

The ID•FOOD area: THE place to be for food lovers

Designed as a bridge between the kitchen and the grocery store, this space, decorated in the colours of the exhibition, invited everyone to explore their creativity… right down to the plate.

This culinary showcase was led by expert content creators. Through exclusive demonstrations, they shared their secrets for creating recipes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. From inventive drinks to refined presentations, the audience was able to pick up simple techniques and original ideas to transform their everyday meals.

With the festive season approaching, these sessions proved a valuable source of inspiration for creating creative end-of-year tables and surprising loved ones. A moment of exchange that demonstrated, at this 2025 edition, that the art of fine dining is an art form in its own right.

Exclusive meetings

A number of female culinary influencers and designers will be on hand to share their techniques during live demonstrations, as well as signing books for you. It's the perfect opportunity to chat with them and get plenty of inspiration for your own creations.

You could discover Titi La Toquée with her festive pear-tonka cookies and her chocolate-banana fondant-craquant, Mary Cherry and her gingerbread houses or tiered cakes with decorating tips, The Cocktailist and her cocktails as well as syrup making, or Atelier Mandala which offers Indian cuisine.
