What is Créations & savoir-faire (CSF)?Créations & savoir-faire is the No. 1 show for ARTS AND CRAFTS and creative hobbies. A show created for all Do It Yourself enthusiasts. Créations & savoir-faire has been running since 1996 and welcomes more than 260 exhibitors every year, as well as 500 ARTS AND CRAFTS workshops and events.

When and where will the show take place?
Come along to the Créations & savoir-faire show from Wednesday 18 to Sunday 22 November 2026 at Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles.

When is the best time to visit the show?
The best time to visit Créations & Savoir-faire depends on what you're looking for. Here are a few tips to help you make the most of your visit:
- Avoid rush hour: Thursday evenings (Nocturne) and Saturdays are particularly popular. If you prefer to avoid 'rush hour' and enjoy a quieter experience, we advise you to come on a Wednesday or Sunday. These days are generally less busy.
- Plan your visit : View the list of Fil & Aiguille exhibitors Identify the stands and activities that interest you most to optimise your time on site.

Where can I get a map of the Créations & savoir-faire show?
You can find the map of the Créations & Savoir-faire show on our website: Go to our "Practical information" section. Paper maps will be available, and giant maps will be on display inside the show to help you find your way around.

Is there a locker at the show?You can leave your belongings, bags and suitcases in the changing rooms.

Can I bring my pet to Créations & savoir-faire?Animals are not allowed inside the show, except guide dogs.

How can I take part in a DIY workshop?
To take part in a workshop at the Créations & Savoir-faire show, you can register online or go directly to the workshop reception desk on site.
Please note: registering for a workshop does not give you access to the Créations & Savoir-faire show.

Is it possible to have lunch on site?You can bring your own lunch and take advantage of the picnic areas set aside for this purpose, or discover the various catering options available on site. Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Is there a withdrawal period at Créations & savoir-faire?Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

How do you find a lost child at Créations & savoir-faire?
Children are given a wristband when they enter the show.
A telephone number must be written on the wristband.

Is there a smoking area?Smoking areas are located outside the lounge only.

Is there a nocturne?The Créations & savoir-faire show is organising a 100% ARTS AND CRAFTS afterwork evening on Thursday 27 November 2025 from 5pm to 9pm. For more information, visit our "100% ARTS AND CRAFTS afterwork party" page.

What objects are prohibited?
- Weapons and pyrotechnic devices : Knives, Pyrotechnic devices, Explosive devices and Firearms.
- Event equipment : Megaphones, Drums, Banners, Slogan Tracs and Posters, Slogan Signs, Slogan Flags, Slogan T-shirts and Slogan Scarves.
- Tools and site equipment : Screwdrivers, saws, hammers, cutters, chains, ropes and lanyards, rope ladders, Scotch tape, crowbars and drills.
- Consumables : Alcoholic beverages, Glass bottles, Narcotics, Flammable substances, Aerosols, Candles.
- Personal protective equipment : Protective helmets, goggles, diving goggles, ski masks, FFP2 hygiene masks and gas masks.

What should I do if an item belonging to me is lost or stolen?
You can go to the "Exhibitor Welcome / General Commissariat" area in Hall 6. Any items found will be brought back to the site. After the show, any lost property that has not been recovered by its owner will be transferred to the lost property department of the Préfecture de Police at the 15th arrondissement police station.

Are there priority queues on the stands?Each exhibitor is independent and reserves the right to grant visitors access to its space according to its defined priorities. However, anyone with reduced mobility can make themselves known to the entertainment teams so that they can be given priority access.

Does the show provide equipment for people with reduced mobility?The show does not provide any equipment adapted for people with disabilities.

Is there a car park for people with reduced mobility?Parking spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility are available in car park R.

Where can I buy a workshop ticket?You can buy your tickets via the ticketing service on our website or directly at the show. However, we strongly recommend that you buy your tickets in advance to avoid waiting at the ticket offices.

Are multi-day tickets available?Tickets are valid for one person for one day. There are no tickets or passes for several days.

Is there a special rate for people with disabilities and/or those accompanying them?There are no special fares for disabled people or accompanying adults. Available offers are listed on the show's ticketing page.

Do I need to print my ticket?The ticket can either be printed (black and white or colour) in portrait mode (vertical) on a blank white A4 sheet of paper, with no change to the print size, or presented digitally on a smartphone or tablet.

What supporting documents do I need to provide for reduced-price tickets?
ID will be required at reception.

- Children aged 6 to 12 : 8€
- Young people aged 13 to 24 : 10€

Can I give a ticket to a friend whose name is not on the ticket?You can give your ticket to a person of your choice. However, if the ticket is at a reduced rate, the person concerned will need to show proof of this.

Can I buy 2 tickets in my name and give them to the person of my choice?You can buy tickets and offer them to other people. However, we advise you to obtain the names of these people before buying tickets.

Can I use holiday vouchers to pay for admission tickets?Entrance tickets to the Créations & savoir-faire show cannot be paid for with holiday vouchers.

How do I present my ticket at the entrance?You can present your ticket either in paper form, printed in advance, or in digital form on your smartphone or tablet.

Can I have a ticket refunded, cancelled or exchanged?Tickets purchased are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, as stipulated in the Créations & Savoir-faire Show Ticketing Terms and Conditions.

Can I resell Créations & savoir-faire tickets?
The resale of tickets for the Créations & savoir-faire show is prohibited. "Art. 313-6-2 of the Criminal Code - The act of selling, offering for sale or exhibiting with a view to sale or transfer, or of providing the means to do so, is a criminal offence. with a view to the sale or transfer of admission tickets to a sporting, cultural or commercial event or to a live performance, on a regular basis and without the authorisation of the producer, organiser or owner of the exploitation rights for this event or show, is punishable by a €15,000 fine. This penalty is increased to a €30,000 fine in the event of a repeat offence. For the purposes of the first paragraph, any ticket, document, message or code, regardless of its form or medium, is deemed to be an access ticket, certifying that the right to attend the event or performance has been obtained from the producer, organiser or owner of the exploitation rights.

Can I buy reduced-price tickets on site?Reduced-price tickets can be purchased on site on presentation of proof of entitlement. With the exception of group and CSE rates.

I got my date of birth wrong when I bought my ticket.As tickets are personal, you won't have any problems getting into the show. Provided you do not benefit from a discount with your erroneous date of birth.

How do I get a press badge?You can apply directly for accreditation in the "Press Area" section on our website.

Do I have the right to use the Créations & savoir-faire logo without asking for permission?No, you may not use the Créations & savoir-faire brand or logo. Any use of the trademark or logo must be requested in advance. In the case of the use of Créations & savoir-faire tickets or invitations, this may be considered as the illicit sale of admission tickets punishable by the French Penal Code "Art. 313-6-2 of the French Penal Code - The act of selling, offering for sale or exhibiting for sale or transfer, or providing the means for the sale or transfer of admission tickets to a sporting, cultural or commercial event or to a live performance, on a regular basis and without the authorisation of the producer, organiser or owner of the exploitation rights for this event or performance, is punishable by a fine of €15,000. This penalty is increased to a €30,000 fine in the event of a repeat offence.
