BEFORE THE SHOW

1. Preparing for your stay and that of your teams.

  • Book hotel and transport well in advance: Paris hotels fill up fast.
  • Find all the practical information on our website.

2. Maximise your visibility and generate leads

  • Showcase your new products: the search for new products is the main reason for visiting the show.
  • Online catalogue: enter your products and brands free of charge in your exhibitor area, "Catalogue Registration" section.
  • Communication tools: advertising on the show floor plan, banners in visitor newsletters, sampling... Ask your sales manager for more information.
  • Media exposure: benefit from additional media exposure via your exhibitor space.

IN THE RUN-UP TO THE SHOW

3. Use the media kit.

  • Communicate your participation on all your media (website, e-mails, social networks) using the exhibition logos and banners.
  • Attract attention with a special offer or event on your stand.
  • Send your press releases via your personal space for distribution to the press.

4. Invite your contacts

  • Use your invitation codes to invite your customers by email.

5. Complete the programme and catalogue .

  • Inscribe your workshops, animations and events in the schedule.
  • Fill in the online catalogue, the most consulted section of the site.

6. Print your badges

  • All members of your team must have an exhibitor badge to gain access to the show and be identifiable.

DURING THE SHOW

7. Submit your press releases to the Press / Influence Club

8. Viralise your participation

  • Identify the show (@salonsdiy) and use the #salonCSF on social networks.
  • Tips: "work in progress" photos, products, stand numbers, highlights (signings, demonstrations, workshops, etc.).

9. Optimising your stand layout

  • Take care with decoration, lighting and product display to grab attention.
  • Design your products and create a space that's comfortable and inspiring.
  • Plan animations to attract visitors.

10. Preparing to set up your stand

  • Order technical services and furniture in advance: electricity, furniture, dressing, decoration...
  • Collect your exhibitor badges from the Exhibitor Reception desk on the day of set-up.

11. Receiving your stand

  • Check your orders D-14 on the technical platform.
  • Locate your Exhibitor Welcome for any assistance.
  • Keep your Exhibitor Passport and Road Book for quick access to practical information.

12. Rebooking for the next edition

  • Take advantage of preferential rates to reserve your stand for the next edition via the "Reserve your stand 2026" space.

13. Dismantling

  • Leave your stand area clean and tidy, just as it was when you arrived.

14. Communicating and saying thank you
